At Aloy Thai, we invite you to take a seat at the Naka family table, where our farm-to-table, slow-cooked cuisine offers a genuine taste of Thailand. Since immigrating to Boulder in 2006, our owner Kim has masterfully blended locally sourced ingredients with vibrant Thai spices and her award-winning, traditional family recipes. The result? Every dish captures the true essence of authentic Thai food, creating an unparalleled dining experience.
WHO WE ARE: A FAMILY'S CULINARY JOURNEY
Kim grew up immersed in the bustling culinary scene of Bangkok's Chinatown, one of ten children. In 2006, she brought her rich heritage and cherished recipes to the U.S. with her daughters, Arisa and Bo. Together, they opened Aloy Thai in Boulder, quickly earning critical acclaim for their dishes, each one a testament to Kim’s carefully guarded family traditions. Our philosophy is simple: to create an authentic Thai food experience with every plate, a dedication Kim passionately upholds for every guest.
Driven by success and growing customer demand, we expanded our family of Thai food restaurants. We proudly opened Aloy Modern Thai in Denver's Ball Park neighborhood, showcasing a contemporary Thai culinary experience. Soon after, Aloy Thai Eatery in Capitol Hill, Denver, began serving a fast-casual yet equally authentic Thai food experience, making our flavors accessible to even more diners.
From our skilled chefs to our attentive wait staff, every member of our team is trained to extend genuine Thai hospitality. Our chefs, many of whom come directly from some of Thailand's finest Thai restaurants, bring unparalleled expertise. Our knowledgeable wait staff are dedicated to making you feel at home, guiding you through our menu to explore the traditional, soulful family dishes that define our identity as a premier Thai restaurant. Come and discover why Aloy Thai is more than just a meal; it's an experience.
