Aloy Thai Eatery is a new concept started by Aloy Thai Cuisine and Aloy Modern Thai. A women locally-owned, family business where owners and staff work side by side to create healthy, locally sourced dishes inspired by family recipes from Thailand. The new Eatery’s menu includes the top 10 best seller from both our Boulder and Denver locations, optional customizable plates made to order, and lower price point.
